Thank you for shopping with WeFind Market. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin once an order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
WeFind Market is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, labor shortages, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
WeFind Market is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
WeFind Market is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery exceptions
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Any shipping-related claim must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Damaged Shipments
Customers must report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims should include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may impact claim eligibility.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:
- Return shipping fees
- Original shipping charges
- Restocking fees where permitted by law
These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to delay, verify, refuse, or cancel orders when fraud, unauthorized activity, or suspicious payment activity is suspected.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
