Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items marked as final sale.
  • Clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

If inventory is available, we may offer exchanges for eligible items.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment verification issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to fees that may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact WeFind Market directly before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using available documentation, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

Limitation of Liability

WeFind Market's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
